Pamela has over five years of experience with a Big Four and a regional public accounting firm as an auditor of middle market companies in diverse industries. As a public accountant she also has several years of experience in the valuation of closely-held businesses and family limited partnerships for estate and gift and tax planning purposes.
Previously in her career, Pamela also worked as a regulatory compliance specialist for a publicly traded company, and performed due diligence, risk management and financial analysis (with
an emphasis on troubled companies) for the largest independent bank in
Connecticut. Pamela has a joint Masters degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
